12: Dodge Stealth R/T Turbo
The Stealth is a car that you don’t hear about all that much, partially because it was not marketed heavily. This was a badge-engineered version of the Mitsubishi 3000GT. That is a good thing because you get twin-turbo performance and style for half the price in most cases. The Stealth is still a beautiful car to this day and comes with many great features (via Driving Line).

The Mitsubishi engineering has made the car age like fine wine and it drives very nicely. The performance of this car is on par with any of the other expensive Japanese twin-turbo-powered cars from this era. That doesn’t mean the Stealth will stay cheap forever, though, as prices for this car are already starting to rise.
