27: 2000 Toyota Celica
The 2000 Celica was the last in a storied line and unfortunately one of the least popular Celica models. By the 2000s, consumer tastes had shifted away from compact sports cars and Toyota was attempting to appeal to a new demographic. The 2000 model was an attractive car with a lot of unique appeal to it (via Car & Driver).

But the performance was lethargic at best and the car only came in a few trim options. This generation of the Celica was a far cry from the previous generations of the car. Nevertheless, Toyota would sell the Celica until the Scion line was launched in 2004. So now this generation of the Celica is becoming much more valuable.
