24: Chrysler Crossfire
Released on the heels of the Mercedes-Benz merger, the Crossfire was a blend of Mercedes engineering and Chrysler exterior design. The Crossfire was panned by those in the automotive press for its styling, but the car had some decent performance to offer. In the SRT trim, the Crossfire offered a stylish package that boasted Mercedes-Benz engineering underneath. The car was an SLK roadster model in Chrysler skin (via Autoblog).

Sadly, the Crossfire was not a sales success and the car faltered when it came to reliability. Consumers were more interested in a comparable that was on the market that offered more traditional styling. When it came to a sports car that consumers could relate to, the Crossfire never gained any ground.
