26: Touch-Sensitive Climate Controls
Dials have long been the norm when it comes to a dashboard in a car or truck. The dials are used to control the HVAC system in the vehicle. But high-end luxury car makers have been toying with touch-sensitive climate controls for years now. The design is much smoother and with less moving parts in the final design (via CarBuzz).

While touch-sensitive climate controls are benefits, there are also downfalls. The main problem is that there are more electrics to replace when the controls stop working. This could be a problem in the long run, and one of the reasons touch-sensitive controls haven’t yet caught on.
