There’s always room for more car classes, although perhaps some are useless concepts. One of those was Nissan Murano Cross Cabriolet. If you are not familiar with this car, it was offered for sale from 2011-2014 and was made in small numbers (via NissanPartsPlus).

Nissan realized that SUVs were getting more luxurious. People were also seeking a more personalized product. Why not go a step further and present a convertible SUV that had all the advantages of an SUV and the open-air feel of a convertible. Despite the almost bespoke nature of this car and dependable Nissan technology, the Cross Cabriolet flopped.
