20. Chevrolet Monte Carlo
Named after a tiny monarchy in the south of France, the Monte Carlo was introduced in 1970. The Monte Carlo was a handsome coupe with decent performance because of its V8 engine. There was one crazy muscle option in the form of the SS 454 package (via Cars).

This version was a true full-size muscle beast with a monstrous 7.4-liter V8 engine. It pumped 360 HP and propelled the heavy Monte Carlo to amazing 0 to 60 mph times as a result. This model went through numerous generations and was sold until 2007.
